THE SPEAKER

DY Motivations' mission is to help female athletes believe in themselves. My personal ​experiences and the Coaches I have had provided tools that increased my self-efficacy ​and self-esteem. Dy Motivations uses those tools to support athletes with their ​academics, business, and career choices. Public speaking helps connect with potential ​customers, partners, the media, and new ideas for coaching. Visibility = Opportunity!

Inspiring female athletes as a speaker is a passion. Advocating for female empowerment ​and gender equity in the athletic arena is inspiring. Despite the great strides that females ​have had on the court, female athletes still face many challenges. Working with powerful ​mentors, leaders, and female coaches motivates me to do more for the young female ​athletes on my court. As a speaker, I have the opportunity to share the information, ​opportunities, resources, and motivation I have been given to achieve the milestones that ​have led me to become a Coach, Trainer, and Business Owner!
